Mini Nubian & Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats for Sale
Hello! I’m Julie
We know part of deciding on where to buy a puppy is deciding on the right breeder. Here’s a little information on us, how we do things, how we are different, and why you should choose us!
Why We Breed
Here is a great place to discuss why you breed. Did you have a dog that you wanted to share with the world? Did you see a need and aim to fill it with your puppies? Are you in love with genetics and feel you can help create dogs with better genetics or consistency? Did you start breeding for a special purpose?
Don’t feel bad if you’re breeding companion dogs, they are the majority of the market, but here you need to separate yourself from your fellow breeders within the breed. Usually this is done through the lifestyle. You need to pitch the lifestyle that your buyers will have with their dog. So discuss how they are the best replacement for children if you’re focusing on people who want a dog instead of kids. You could also say they are the perfect companion for singles with a busy schedule. Or they might be the best dog to take to the lake or camping with the kids in the summer. A trusty companion for living at home. A great dog to protect the chickens while you sleep. Better than a Ring doorbell.
Healthy Dogs
Discuss some of the things you specifically focus on with your breeding program. Ideally something that’s unique to your breeding program against other breeder in your breed.

We’re a Big/Small Team
No matter what size your program is there is an advantage. Explain that advantage here. If you are small, then each puppy is handled with care, you know them all by name, no one gets lost in the mix, they’re all special and specially handled.
If you’re big, you have a system, you have more litters and better chance of finding them the dog with the right personality, temperament, and drive, or they don’t need to wait as long to get a dog.
Experience
If you have a lot of dog breeding experience, discuss that here. Talk about a time when you thought you were failing or something didn’t work out right and so you changed it and made it better.
If you don’t have experience in dog breeding, then pull from your experience in other things that help you understand breeding, maybe you loved biology in high school, maybe you are a nurse, maybe you are a teacher and love to share your knowledge and support your buyers.
If nothing else, you can also discuss your experience with the breed and the lifestyle you have with your dogs, similar to the lifestyle that your buyers will relate to you about, building rapport with them.
