Q: Why are you selling these animals so cheaply? A: These aren’t “cheap” animals – they’re premium genetics at reduced prices because I’m exiting goat breeding and need them placed quickly. I’d rather see them go to good homes than any alternative.
Q: Will you breed more goats in the future? A: I am retaining a small herd of my favorite goats for training my Maremma puppies and my own pleasure. (Because I love goats!) I may occasionally breed a few of them down the road, but large-scale breeding is ending. These represent the final significant offering of Prancing Pony genetics.
Q: Are these goats inferior to your usual stock? A: Absolutely not. These are the same quality animals with the same genetics, disease testing, and care that have built our reputation over 10 years.
Q: Do the unregistered goats have the same genetics? A: Yes. The only difference is the paperwork. The bloodlines, health, and quality are identical. I’m simply offering them at a reduced price for those that don’t care about registration. (I have NEVER sold does unregistered since I began my business, so this is truly a once-in-a-time offer.)
